Return conditions

Please make sure that:

  • all parts and accessories are complete
  • the product is clean and securely packed
  • the original packaging is used whenever possible
  • the product has not been damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it

Please note: Assembly, installation or use may result in a reduced refund if this causes a loss in value.

Damaged delivery?

Please check the pallet and boxes before accepting the delivery. If you notice visible transport damage, refuse the delivery, take photos if possible and contact us directly.
