The right size depends on your available garden space, the number of accessories you want to use and how your family plans to use the Frame. You can find more detailed information in our Size Guide.

Choose a level area of grass and keep a safety zone of at least 2,2m around the Frame, free from fences, walls, trees and other obstacles. In the direction of a swing, we recommend approximately 4,8m of clear space.

The bloc Frame is designed for installation on level, firm and well-drained grass. Installation on concrete, asphalt or sloped ground is not permitted.

Shipping costs vary depending on the product type. Standard DHL shipping costs 9.95€. Shipping costs for freight forwarding are 39.95€. You can find more information here.

Once we receive your order, our warehouse prepares and packs your bloc Frame and registers the shipment with our freight carrier. This usually takes around 24–48 hours.

As soon as your shipment is ready, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Because of its size and weight, your bloc Frame is delivered securely on a pallet by a freight carrier.

Here’s what happens:

1. We prepare your order
Your Frame and accessories are packed into individual boxes and securely placed on a pallet. This usually takes 24–48 hours.

2. Your order is collected
As soon as the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you'll receive information about it.

3. Choose your delivery window
The carrier will contact you by email or text message to suggest a delivery date. You can also view a second suggested date by clicking “Change Delivery Date.” You can also make arrangements by phone.

4. Your bloc Frame is delivered
After collection, delivery usually takes up to 72 hours. Standard delivery is curbside, meaning the pallet is delivered to the nearest accessible point at your address.

Yes. The shipping carrier will send you the tracking information along with the delivery notification.

Preparing and registering your shipment usually takes 24–48 hours after your order is placed.

Once the pallet has been collected by the freight carrier, delivery usually takes up to 72 hours. You’ll receive tracking and delivery information along the way, so you always know what happens next.

DHL Standard shipping for individual accessories without a frame takes 1–3 business days.

Yes. As soon as your order has been picked up, the freight carrier will contact you via email or text message to suggest possible delivery time slots. Simply select the option that works best for you.

Standard freight delivery is curbside. This means the pallet is delivered to the nearest location at your address that can be safely accessed by the delivery truck.

The driver does not carry the individual boxes into your house or garden.

If all items in your order are in stock, your Frame and accessories will usually be shipped together on the same pallet. If an item is not immediately available, parts of your order may be shipped separately.

Please check the pallet and boxes for visible transport damage before accepting the delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the shipment and refuse the delivery directly.

If possible, take a few photos of the damage and contact our customer service team so we can arrange the next steps as quickly as possible.

For deliveries by freight carrier, the delivery date will be arranged with you in advance and confirmed by you. Please make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time. If the delivery cannot be completed despite a confirmed delivery date because no one is available to accept it, or if delivery is not possible for another reason for which you are responsible, an additional shipping fee of €39.95 will be charged for redelivery.

Assembly takes approximately 4–6 hours with 2–3 people. Most of the time is spent preparing the ground and digging the required holes and trenches.

No. The bloc Frame is designed to be securely installed without concrete. The legs and connecting struts are buried in the ground and the excavated soil is firmly compacted around them.

A rubber mallet and the required Allen wrenches are included. You will additionally need a spade and shovel. We also recommend using a cordless screwdriver to make assembly easier.

The bloc Frame is designed for DIY installation. However, because of the size and weight of the components, we recommend assembling it with 2–3 people.

The bloc Frame is designed for children from age 3. Toddlers between 9 and 36 months may use the system only with an appropriate baby swing and under constant adult supervision. Individual accessories may have different minimum age requirements.

Yes. That is an important part of the bloc concept. While PLAY modules are designed primarily for children, MOVE modules such as the pull-up bar or suspension trainer turn the Frame into an outdoor workout station for teenagers and adults.

The system is TÜV Süd-certified, complies with the EN71-1-2-3-8 standard & in the process of ASTM F1148 (for home use), and bears the CE mark. The total static load capacity is up to 400 kg.

Yes. The minimum age depends on the individual accessory. PLAY and MOVE products therefore include their own age and safety information on the respective product page and in the instructions.

Yes. The galvanized and coated steel Frame is designed for permanent outdoor use. We recommend storing fabric parts, ropes and seats in a dry place during winter to extend their lifespan.

Regularly check all connections, screws and moving parts and tighten them if necessary. Moving metal parts should be oiled periodically and accessories should be inspected for wear before use.

We provide a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty on the Frame and a 2-year warranty on components and accessories.

Even though BLOC is a new brand, it is backed by SaleLab GmbH, a company that has successfully built and developed several brands over many years – including pamo. design. So you’re not buying from a short-term project, but from an experienced company with established structures and a long-term approach.

That’s also why we offer a 10-year warranty on the frame. It reflects our commitment to the long-term use and durability of our products.

Spare parts were also considered from the very beginning of the development process. If a component gets damaged or needs to be replaced over time, our goal is to provide a straightforward replacement solution – so you won’t have to replace the entire climbing frame because of a single part.

For the bloc Frame and other orders that require freight shipping, we charge a 70€ return shipping fee. For DHL Standard Orders we charge a 9,95€ return shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team before returning your order so we can arrange the shipment with you.

You can return your order within the 14-day return period, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product is undamaged
There must be no scratches, damage or other visible signs of use.

2. The product has not been used
You may unpack the product as far as necessary to inspect it. Products that show signs of actual use cannot be returned.

3. The product has not been assembled
Once the Frame or accessory has been assembled or installed, it can no longer be returned.

4. The original packaging is complete and undamaged
Please keep all boxes and packaging materials until you are sure you want to keep your order.

5. The set is complete
All parts, accessories, instructions and included components must be returned together. If these conditions are not met, we may reduce the refund amount depending on the condition of the returned product.
