Shipping policy

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. Depending on the size and type of product, your order will be shipped via DHL Standard or freight forwarding.

DHL Standard
Smaller accessories are conveniently shipped directly to your home via DHL.

Freight forwarding
Our frames as well as larger and bulky products are delivered by a freight forwarding company due to their size.

Ordering a frame + accessories?
If your order contains at least one product that is shipped by freight forwarding, you will pay only €39.95 in total shipping costs. No additional DHL shipping costs will be charged for any accessories included in the same order.

Please note that even the delivery driver needs a break sometimes. No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Important Information:

- For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or fees (e.g. customs duties) may apply. These are not charged or invoiced by us and must be paid by you directly to the responsible customs or tax authorities. Please contact the relevant authorities for further information.

- For deliveries by freight carrier, the delivery date will be arranged with you in advance and confirmed by you. Please make sure that someone is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time. If the delivery cannot be completed despite a confirmed delivery date because no one is available to accept it, or if delivery is not possible for another reason for which you are responsible, an additional shipping fee of €39.95 will be charged for redelivery.
